winning artist, Xiao Ping Chen first started drawing at the age of 6.
Her work includes watercolor, Chinese brush paintings, oil pastels and
even pottery. Xiao Ping Chen was born in China and has lived on Saipan
for almost ten years. Inspired by the people and the natural beauty
of the islands, Xiao Ping Chen uses her brush to draw scenes from her dreams
of a peaceful world and a bright future. |
