| Joe
Weaver is a local Saipan artist that has been painting in acrylic medium
for over ten years. He also uses acrylics’ versatility in watercolors to
portray his subjects. Landscapes, seascapes, still life, florals
and the underwater realm are included in his work. Joe dedicates
his knowledge and talents through art education at the Northern Marianas
College and the Public School System on Saipan. |
